Issue highlighting not working

Problem/Motivation

Several clients using the Drupal module have reported that issues are not being highlighted as they expect. I've been able to reproduce the problem on our Drupal module demo site.

Steps to reproduce

Login as admin on a site with the DubBot Drupal module installed and enabled.
Click on the DubBot link in the Toolbar while viewing a page to generate report.
Select a report type in the DubBot sidebar and observe that nothing is highlighted in the page content to correspond with the issues identified.

Proposed resolution

Fix code so that the highlight displays as it is described in DubBot documentation.

Not all nodes have the #page ID. When I manually add it to the <body> tag of this node via the inspector, broken highlighting does appear, sort of.
