AJAX request triggered on input blur even without value change in autosubmit mode

Problem/Motivation

When using a View with AJAX and autosubmit enabled, where the submit button is hidden and the exposed filter block is visible, an AJAX request is triggered again when an input field loses focus, even if the field value has not changed
