Show credit card thumbnails only for accepted card types

Currently, stripe checkout form shows thumbnail images for all available credit card types, even for those credit card types which are not accepted by the merchant.

Would be better to show thumbnails only for those credit card types that are applicable, in order to avoid confusion for customers.
