The "entity_usage_regenerate_queue" plugin does not exist

Did you see https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_usage/releases/8.x-2.0-beta18 → ? In that version the regenerate queue was deprecated, any cron job or drush command using it needs to be manually disabled. You might just need to disable / remove that cron job from your Ultimate Cron configuration (I'm not really too familiar with how that module works)
