Module unpublishing node that exists in source feed

Created on 10 July 2025, 4 days ago

Problem/Motivation

I'm importing job nodes from the Greenhouse API. In a recent import, the job existed in the source, and it was first updated but then unpublished because it 'no longer existed in the source'

I viewed the source at the moment of import and the job was in fact there.

I have only one feed type acting on job nodes. There are three separate feeds importing nodes from different sources, but this job only existed in one source.

This caused a major issue at my company since it was an important job that disappeared from our site.

    To summarize:

    • You have three feed nodes using the same feed type.
    • The content item that got unpublished was only imported by one feed, not by the other two.
    • The content item that got unpublished was present in the source file and even updated during the import.

Is there a way for you to reproduce the issue on a clean Drupal install? Because else it would be very hard to find out what exactly is causing this bug.
