Integrate with ECA

Problem/Motivation

Currently there is no built-in way to post to Mastodon. Usage of the module requires custom code. There is a rules implementation, and if I understand correctly, there have been more recent updates to the rules module in Drupal 11. I am not sure whether the current rules action implementation here actually works, or how many people are interested in using it. I do know that there is increasing demand for implementations with ECA. Posting to mastodon should be an option as an ECA action.

Proposed resolution

For the initial implementation, we should have a configurable action with 2 fields:

• user id
• message

Both of these should support tokens.
