Uninstalled older versions and started all over again with at tools 2.0 and adaptivetheme 7.1.1.
Created a new theme using the theme generator. This gives a lot of errors of a deprecated function:
Deprecated function: Creation of dynamic property Drupal\at_theme_generator\Theme\ThemeGeneratorTypes::$layout is deprecated in Drupal\at_theme_generator\Theme\ThemeGenerator->__construct() (line 57 of modules/contrib/at_tool/at_theme_generator/src/Theme/ThemeGenerator.php).
Then the thema is created anyway
Opening the theme gives me the result shown in the added picture
