Pasting from Word does not always work

Still pasting from Office365 on a windows machine does not contain and footnote data.

Please give thumbs up at https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/17309 to upvote the issue as this would simplify the issue.

Wait until CK Editor Pipeline supports multiple paste mechanisms better
OR
Add a separate listener for the separate paste from Word event (TBD how)

Not sure if this is the same thing, but I am also seeing an issue in that when I copy some text from Word and paste into the Footnotes area, it is not preserving the formatting and instead pastes as plain text. I have a requirement to solve for where I need that formatting to be included (italics, hyperlinks, etc).
