Pasting from Word does not always work

Problem/Motivation

Still pasting from Office365 on a windows machine does not contain and footnote data.

Please give thumbs up at https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/17309 to upvote the issue as this would simplify the issue.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login to a windows machine (its not a problem e.g. on mac or linux)
  2. Go to office 365
  3. Add a footnote
  4. Paste into CKE with this module enabled and configured

Proposed resolution

Wait until CK Editor Pipeline supports multiple paste mechanisms better
OR
Add a separate listener for the separate paste from Word event (TBD how)
