[upstream] Revert work-arounds for 11.2 regression #3524738

Drupal core 11.2 introduced a regression for rendering: 🐛 Fatal error when passing NULL to Renderer::render() Active .

This required work-arounds in:

\Drupal\experience_builder\EntityHandlers\ContentTemplateAwareViewBuilder::getBuildDefaults()
tests/src/Playwright/canaryXb.spec.ts

Revert these once 🐛 Fatal error when passing NULL to Renderer::render() Active is fixed.
Bump XB's core requirements to a version that includes #3524738.

There we also some changes in Translation test where the 'article' tag selector needed to be removed. So these may also need to be reverted/reviewed.
