Random fail due to CI filesystem glitch:

Exception: Exception when installing config for module system, message was: RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/builds/project/experience_builder/web/sites/simpletest/86058329/files/php/twig/6867a46b18dc6_menu_ui.menu_item_add.htm_o44tcXG8wqgJag_rBWx5wJaoh): Failed to open directory: No such file or directory

Been seeing more of these. This seems to be a weakness/regression in 11.2.
