Support dynamic entity linking using tokens

Problem/Motivation

• Currently, links to entities in llms.txt are hard coded with hostnames, which is not flexible or portable.
• Authors need a way to generate dynamic links to Drupal entities without manually specifying the full URL.

Proposed resolution

• Introduce support for tokens in llms.txt to enable dynamic linking to entities.
• Evaluate dependency on the Token Link → module as a potential solution.
• Add support for markdown link templates, referencing work from issue ✨ Improve linking to md version of an entity Active .
