Field sync should make sure internal drpl fields are created

If for some reason the drpl_ fields are removed the sync field process will not recreate them. This is counter intuitive and could lead to problems.

Delete a drpl field in your organization and try to recreate it.

Move the internal field creation logic to the sync field helper and call it during the sync process.

Workaround is to save the organization which _does_ trigger this operation.
