Read time not calculated for layout-based content

Problem/Motivation

The Read Time Calculator module does not work as expected when using Layout Builder to create or edit node content. It appears that the module is unable to extract or detect the rendered body content from layout builder fields, and therefore does not calculate or display the read time.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the Layout Builder for a content type (e.g., Article).

Create a node using Layout Builder (override layout).

Add a "Text block" or "Body" section using Layout Builder.

Save the node.

The Read Time block/field does not display or calculate any read time.

Proposed resolution

Read Time Calculator should extract the text from layout builder-rendered content and display the estimated read time accordingly.
