Problem/Motivation

It is essential to all marketing activity that we form a true understanding of our target audience, their characteristics, needs, challenges they face, what influences decision making, what marketing channels and content they engage with. Having this clearly defined, based on research, will help inform our marketing strategy and all activities we undertake.

Proposed resolution

Form a sub group from the marketing team to develop this understanding drawing from expertise offered at Acquia.

  2. Arrange initial call
  3. Agree methodology to define target audience(s)
  4. Document findings and share with marketing team
