Direct Embed - PDF not working properly on iPhones and iPads

This issue is very similar to issue #3530686 but was different enough for me to create this issue.

What I am encountering when using Direct Embed is happening only on iPhones/iPads. It works exactly as it should on Android phones.

The issue: Only the first page of the PDF file displays. Viewing the remaining pages is not possible.

My site is Drupal 9.5.11, PHP 8.1
