Request for integration with Simple XML sitemap (simple_sitemap)

Problem/Motivation

We use this module often. When we go to export / import content, settings related to simple_sitemap are not within the YAML, so we have to manually remember to go back in and make changes when use single content sync.

Steps to reproduce

Use simple_sitemap module. Set content to NOT be included, then use single content sync. Sync the content, and the settings from simple_sitemap will not have been kept in the next environmetn.

Proposed resolution

Add support for simple_sitemap.
