I'm researching if it's possible by using the views_ajax_history module to implement additional feature like to maintain count and sort on visiting a page again by direct link or URL in a browser.
For example user visits a views page with enabled ajax and selects number of elements on a page and sorting.
Then user clicks on some link on the page and then visits some other page(s). And then clicks on a link which points to the first page with selected sorting and pager options.
Or user just uses direct URL to the first page after browsing other pages.
And we need to restore the last sorting and pager selected options.
Maybe it's possible to store the history state in local storage and restore it on first load of a page?
So it should be like preferred sorting and pager settings for a user and specific page or even page with some path pattern.
