Rename module name and variables

Problem/Motivation

The name of the module was realtime_text_preview when it was initially developed, that was just a poc on realtime capabilities, later on the same module the project was developed.

Remaining tasks

rename files and variables from realtime_text_preview to ai_similar_content, without changing any functionality of the module.
