Droopler Theme missing Fonts

Problem/Motivation

On a fresh Droopler installation with Demo data, the developer console and the web server logs show missing fonts and some related images missing like ajax-loader.gif . The installation was done through a github pull and using DDEV environment.

Steps to reproduce

After installation using DDEV, visiting the website and browsing different pages produces error messages that can be seen in the browser developer console and even in the web server logs. The theme request for these files were reported as 404
