Use Drupal core's ConfigurableTrait and ConfigurablePluginBase

Problem/Motivation

Following this CR for Drupal core → , there are now new plugin base classes and traits available, that make plugin code less verbose. Let's use them for Drupal 11.3 and later where applicable.
