Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
People item and Add new user are separated in the core menu items.
We should bring these together and maybe provide the ability to move the "people" item to the top of the navigation menu.
The people overview also allows for filtering on role, we could add direct links for each role into the people menu item.
Add a plugin to configure user/people related menu items.
