[11.2.0-and-up] Update tests for core provided components' meta:enum

Overview

Some tests like e.g. shape props have data providers generating the prop sources from core SDC components.
In 📌 Leap ahead of #3493070 in core: SDC `enum` props should have human-readable labels: use `meta:enum` Active we leap ahead core's support for meta:enum, which landed in 11.2.0.

This means in 11.2.0, those data providers will generate different prop sources that we need to adapt our tests to.

Proposed resolution

Best case scenario, see 📌 Leap ahead of #3493070 in core: SDC `enum` props should have human-readable labels: use `meta:enum` Active MR and revert some of the test changes that were needed for the meta:enum support.
Worse case scenario, we will need tons for `version_compare for supporting both 11.1.x and 11.2.x.
