Migrate to OOP hooks

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11 is evolving into Drupal 12, making changes to how hooks work. For the module to continue to work, especially with Drupal 11.2, the hooks in this module need to be migrated to OOP.

Proposed resolution

• Convert module to use #[Hook] and OrderAfter

Relevant change records:

• Support for object oriented hook implementations using autowired services →
• Hook implementations can be ordered with an order parameter →
• hook_module_implements_alter requires the #[LegacyModuleImplementsAlter] attribute →
• hooks_converted parameter and StopProceduralHookScan attributes have been renamed →
