Action plugin to compare lists of memberships

Problem/Motivation

ECA comes with an action plugin to compare lists and either provide the diff or the intersect. We need an extension of that to return the list of memberships for similar members.

Proposed resolution

Extend the existing plugin and make sure that we get all membership items from the first list for members that have also a membership in the second list.

Note: the membership entities might be different, but the member entities may be the same.
