entity_clone_template_active should be FALSE by default

When nodes are created without using the interface, entity_clone_template_active gets set to TRUE.
I feel like this is a mistake - atleast in our case, it resulted in hundreds of clone templates.

Instead, I think the default_value should be FALSE, as is represented in the interface.
