Context

Open Intranet currently includes one form (/form/help-requests) added during installation via Recipes. Organizations need additional standardized forms for employee satisfaction surveys, training requests, and news submissions to improve internal communication and HR processes.

What To Do

Add three additional Webform forms to Open Intranet Recipes alongside the existing help-requests form:

Employee NPS Survey Form - Net Promoter Score survey with conditional fields
Training Request Form - Professional development request form
News Submission Form - News submission with file upload capabilities

How To Do / Proposed Approach

Add the three attached YAML configurations to the existing Open Intranet Recipes where /form/help-requests is currently installed. This ensures all forms are available immediately after Open Intranet installation using the same installation mechanism.

When / Version / Related Tasks

Target version: 1.3.0 or above

I just installed the branch and confirmed the three new forms are in the system:

/form/employee-nps-survey

/form/training-request

/form/news-submission

Everything loads fine, but the new “Tools” menu (with the “Forms” submenu) does not show up in the main navigation. Could you check the menu link configuration?
