Create Code Component form crashes , when attempting to create a third component consecutively

Overview

The form for creating a Code Component closes automatically when user attempts to write code component name, this happens specifically when user attempts to create a third code component one after the another.

Steps To Reproduce

• Click on Add Component , type name as Code01
• Click on Add Component , type name as Code02
• Click on Add Component , type name as Code03
• Try adding Code02 to Component list
