Local Drupal communities often need to create event materials—like social graphics, posters, and email templates—on short notice and with limited design resources. As a result, the look and feel of Drupal events can vary significantly, making it more challenging to maintain a cohesive brand experience for attendees and potential newcomers.
To support these organizers and streamline event promotion, we're putting out a call for designers to help us create a set of reusable, high-quality marketing templates for local Drupal events.

We propose assembling a small design team (or issuing an open call to the community) to collaborate on a branded, modular Drupal Event Marketing Kit.
