Graphic Designer Needed

Problem/Motivation

Local Drupal communities often need to create event materials—like social graphics, posters, and email templates—on short notice and with limited design resources. As a result, the look and feel of Drupal events can vary significantly, making it more challenging to maintain a cohesive brand experience for attendees and potential newcomers.

To support these organizers and streamline event promotion, we're putting out a call for designers to help us create a set of reusable, high-quality marketing templates for local Drupal events.

Think:

• Social media banners and profile graphics
• Flyers and poster templates
• Branded email headers and layouts
• Slide decks and promotional assets

This toolkit will help ensure local events look professional and on-brand while reducing the workload on organizers.

Proposed resolution

We propose assembling a small design team (or issuing an open call to the community) to collaborate on a branded, modular Drupal Event Marketing Kit.
This will include templates for:

• Social media banners and profile graphics
• Drupal-branded logos in various formats and sizes
• Event logo templates
• Approved color palettes and fonts
• Branded slide decks and PowerPoint templates
• Flyers/posters
• Email templates

A sample reference of the existing brand assets is linked for context.

Our goal is to ensure these assets:

• Reflect the Drupal brand professionally
• Are easy for non-designers to adapt and use
• Work across both print and digital formats
• Can be versioned or localized for different regions or languages
