Missing user data in profile view for authenticated users

Problem/Motivation

There is missing data at /users/{user_login} page. The user cannot see user data.

Steps to reproduce

Login as an authenticated user without content-editor role.
Check user profile.
Login as a content-editor.
Check user profile again.

Proposed resolution

Add required permission to authenticated users role
