Configuration Moodle site should be an absolute URL to Moodle instance.

Problem/Motivation

I have Moodle installed in a subdirectory within my /web directory. I tried to configure this with a relative path but that did not work.

Proposed resolution

Just add a field label with some helpful text.
Or support local paths like /moodle ?
