Paragraph Duplication Results in Duplicate Content in Translated Languages Before TMS Sync

Problem/Motivation

If a paragraph is translated and we use the duplicate feature provided by the Paragraph module, it opens a new paragraph form with the existing data. I make changes to some of the fields, but these changes are visible only in the default language. In other languages, the previously translated data visible with new paragraph. As a result, the localized versions show duplicate content until the translation is completed in the TMS

Steps to reproduce

Create a node with a paragraph field. For example, suppose there is a text field within the paragraph field, and we add the text "ABC" to that field.
Complete the translation via the TMS. For instance, "ABC" is changed to "ABC-JP" in Japanese.
Wait for the translations to be synchronized back with the Drupal system.
Once the translations are completed, edit the node and duplicate the paragraph field.
Make changes to the field and save the node. For instance, update the text field value from "ABC" to "ABC-2."
At this point, two paragraph fields should exist in the default language. In the Japanese language, there should be only one field until the translation is completed via the TMS. However, the current issue is that two paragraph fields are visible in the Japanese language, both with the text value "ABC-JP." On the frontend, this results in duplicate content with "ABC-JP.
