Make fields sortable in formatter displays

Problem/Motivation

The field settings in the applicable formatter displays that have that option don't currently allow for the fields to be sorted. We should allow these fields to be sorted separately from how they are sorted in the form for greater flexibility.

Proposed resolution

Propose adding or replacing existing wrapper with a table element that supports sorting. Add a hidden weight field that defaults to 0 to these configurations.
