No information in Readme.md. Dead link.

There seems to be no documentation anywhere on how to use the current theme.
The README.md file only provides links to documentation, but the first link (http://docs.adaptivethemes.com) goes to a dead link and the second (https://github.com/jmburnz/atdocs) goes to a repository where nothing has happened in 9 years.

I have a site where I've used this theme successfully (and much appreciate), but I can't remember how I generated the theme and can't find any basics on how to get started with a new one.
