When in Preview mode on published page an unneeded layout POST to the back end is made

Discovered by @mayur-sose in 🐛 Page status changes from "Published" to "Changed" even when no actual changes are made Active

Page status changes from "Published" to "Changed" even when no actual changes are made. This issue seems to happen with newly created page.

Steps to reproduce :

• Create an Article
• Go to the navigation, click +New to create new page
• Rename the page title to - Test page
• Publish the changes
• Click on Preview and switch the view 2-3 times between - Full - Tablet - Mobile then Exit preview
• You will see Review 1 change

This causes 🐛 Page status changes from "Published" to "Changed" even when no actual changes are made Active but is just symptom if that was fixed a post with no new changes would not cause an new auto-saved entry and therefore cause the status to change to "Changed"

Proposed resolution

Do not make the extra request in preview mode
