Bug fix and Stable release of 403 to 404 module.
Fixes bug on a routes protected by CSRF which would erroenously be converted to
a 404 error instead of handled by the CsrfExceptionSubscriber.Includes new features of path based filtering to bypass the 404 conversion, and automated migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8/9.
Future development will be on the 2.x and later branches.
