Fresh install lists AI provider as (not available) when no model is configured

I've create now https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ai_tmgmt/-/merge_requests/12 which includes an integration with the ai_translate.text_translator service.
Just in case I didn't miss anything and the integration is indeed missing.
