Problem/Motivation

Open Intranet version 1.1.0 contains multiple completed features and bug fixes that need comprehensive testing before release. To ensure quality and prevent regressions, all tasks marked as DONE need systematic verification in a clean environment.

These features include critical functionality such as the Must-Read Flagging system, email reminders, HR dashboard, security improvements, and various bug fixes that work together and require thorough integration testing.

Proposed resolution

Use the existing testing tracking spreadsheet to systematically manage all test cases for the 1.1.0 release. The spreadsheet provides a simple 7-column structure for tracking test execution and planning automation migration.

Remaining tasks

  • Add complete list of tasks to test to the testing tracking spreadsheet (remove examples from the document)
  • Execute tests for all tasks and mark them in the "Status" column

Do not mark columns Automate? Automated?. We will use these columns in separate tasks for automated testing planning.
