Allow the profile to suppress messages by listing them in its info file

Suppressing certain unwanted messages is probably a fairly common need, so I think it should be an official part of Recipe Installer Kit's API. Let's support an array of string|array in the info file, called hide_messages, that allows a profile to suppress messages by listing them, rather than writing any custom code.
