Add new option quarterly to changefreq drop down

Problem/Motivation

We currently have different options in the changefreq dropdown, but the 'quarterly' option is noticeably missing. This option is sometimes required, so it would be beneficial to add it to the dropdown list.

Thanks for reporting this.

Valid values as per specification (https://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html) are:

always
hourly
daily
weekly
monthly
yearly
never

There is no "quarterly". Closing this as won't fix.
