Some clients request a "vanity" URL where all Qualtrics items are housed, in which case we would like to be able to expand the list of allowable URLs to include a custom domain such as "mycustom.domain.org", from which all Qualtrics surveys originate.
In this case a survey which might have a generic id such as
qualtrics.com/foo/ABC123456
will become: mycustom.domain.org/qualtrics/foo/123456
