Support inheriting glossary in book module setup

Problem/Motivation

Add a feature for inheriting the glossary reference field(s) of any ancestor node when a given node is part of a Book outline, and a parent book page has a non-empty glossary reference field.

This behavior should be configurable as part of the key_value_glossary.settings configuration object. It should default to enabled. It's only relevant when the book module is enabled.
