Remove unnecessary injections, autowires, escaping and fix docblock.

There are a number of niggles which have snuck past automated testing. Let's fix them.

CacheBackendInterface and RouteBuilderInterface are still injected into 3 Forms but they are not used.
Variable declared with wrong @var type
Class escaped when it was not needed.
