Replace default <abbr> with HTML Popover API

Problem/Motivation

ATM, the highlighting is just a <abbr title="This is the definition">Term</abbr> . Just for purposes of POC. It's a template that can be arbitrarily overwritten based on site needs. Let’s replace the default with HTML Popover API.

Proposed resolution

  • HTML popover API
  • some sensible styles
  • make the popover an SDC
  • consider implications for needing id's (or not)
