Cropping does not work if the image style applies a conversion to another format.

I found that derivative images weren't generating on the first crop save, only after applying the crop twice. The issue was that ImageWidgetCropManager::imageStylesOperations wasn't running during the initial save. After fixing this, derivatives now generate on the first save.
