+ Add Layout Button Missing in Paragraph Layout Module on new Drupal CMS 11.1.7

Problem/Motivation

In the New Drupal CMS 11.1.7 installation with the Paragraph Layout module version 2.1, the "+ Add Layout" icon/button is not appearing for adding layouts to paragraphs. This issue is affecting content creators by limiting their ability to use predefined layouts, as shown in the first image.

In contrast, the same feature works correctly in Drupal 10.4.1, where the "+ Add Layout" functionality is present, as depicted in the second image.

Proposed resolution

Investigate the compatibility of the Paragraph Layout module version 2.1 with Drupal 11.1.7.

Test functionality on both Drupal 10.4.1 and 11.1.7 to ensure consistency.
