Unique Not Followed When Encryption Enabled on Field

When a field is encrypted using the field_encrypt module, the field validation module does not catch that the values are the same or not.

Install both modules. Create a new plain text field. Encrypt the plain text field. Unique validation no longer works.

Create a new type. Unique encrypted?

This patch adds the UniqueDecryptFieldValidationRule plugin to allow uniqueness validation for encrypted fields. Tested with Field Encrypt + Real AES.
