When using Paragraph Layouts form widget the editing controls are missing because the attributes variable is empty.
- Install this module
- Install Paragraphs Layout
- Configure a content type to have a paragraphs field set to this paragraph type
- Configure the manage form display of the paragraphs field to use Paragraph Layouts
- Create a piece of content
- Add this paragraph type using the UI
- Observe that after creating the component there are no controls to edit or delete it
