Set the widget as required according to configuration

Problem/Motivation

When we set the field as required, the asterisk (*) does not appear and the field with the error is not displayed

Steps to reproduce

Install module, create field in entity and set required field, after create entity without value.

Proposed resolution

Parch added required attribute by field config.
