Date format for progress page

Problem/Motivation

Not an issue but was hoping for better suggestion to the date format that is currently using custom 'm/d/Y'.
I am using the module in Australia and thought the date format 'd/m/Y' is more suitable for the region.

Steps to reproduce

The page comes from users' training page -> Details where the "Register date" and "Completed on" is showing the custom date format 'm/d/Y'.

Proposed resolution

Since opigno has a core 'datepicker' date in which we can configure, I can use this instead.
I will put it for a patch for my work for now until there is a better way of doing it.
