Allow PDF attachment templates with multiple pages

Problem/Motivation

Currently, PDF attachments can have only one page, even if I assign a multi-page template. It even says “This PDF contains 3 pages.” when saving the configuration form.

Proposed resolution

Have the attachment follow the template. Allow multipage “additional texts”.
